Ian Present's unique passion for revenue management and attention to detail in business are directly linked to his entrepreneurial spirit. A key part of the SMART team as an account executive, he has built his experience having worked for some of the industry's top management companies since 2008, while additionally flourishing as a business owner with interest in an internationally acclaimed cocktail bar Dutch Kills, and a trailblazing luxury ice company, Hundredweight.
Ian's hospitality brand experience includes Choice, Hilton, IHG, Marriott, and Starwood, as well as several independent properties. He is extremely familiar with the New York City market from Times Square to the Financial District, to the fast-growing outer boroughs, and his expertise extends to Rome, Italy.
